For Disney vacations, we will also assist with the My Disney Experience app and with making Lighting Lane reservations and Dining reservations.

Our travel services are completely free! That's the best part! Our services cost nothing extra to you. How is that possible you might wonder? Travel and hospitality companies offer commission to travel agents who book their clients with them, eliminating the need for you as the traveler to pay anything extra. And no, your trip will not cost more if you book with a travel expert. Essentially, you will have access to expert advise, recommendations, and travel booking at no additional cost to you. So why would you not use a travel expert to help you plan and book your trip?!

The cost of your trip will be determined based on where you want to travel to, the length of your trip, flight and transportation costs, and the experiences or excursions you want to add. Meal costs will not be calculated in your trip cost unless you are booking and an all-inclusive resort.

Once we determine when and where you want to travel, we will present you with the best options based on your preferences and interests. Generally, we can get travel options to you fairly quickly. We will usually have options for you within a few days and we can get everything booked as soon as you are ready! We aim to have all the details planned and Details of your trip can be changed or adjusted prior to booking. We want to help you customize your trip to include exactly what you want!

Life happens and sometimes there is no other option but to cancel your trip. Each hotel, resort, and travel company is different when it comes to cancelation policies. Most places are generous with cancellation and will have options for you in the event that you need to cancel your trip. We always recommend adding trip protection for moments like these to ensure you have the best and most flexible options in the event that cancellation becomes necessary. We will work to make sure all the details of cancellation are handled for you and will advocate on your behalf. Please be aware that Jamie Bivens Travel does have a $200 cancellation fee should you cancel your trip after booking.
